There are several analysis options available to suit your budget and research needs:
- We provide you with a Microsoft Excel data file for you to conduct your own analysis.
- We conduct basic analysis including frequencies and percentages for all questions, averages for all rating questions, and difference between importance and satisfaction so you can prioritise your planning and marketing strategies.
- We conduct group analysis to discover if there are differences in responses between groups. For example whether males and females, different age groups, or other sub-groups have different views about your organisation.
- Verbatim open responses are provided in a Microsoft Excel file or responses can be analysed using CloudMaker, producing word clouds like below.
